What are your constitutional rights?

A political System not fit for use

A hung parliament, the people have decided that laws and charges made by politicians to favour and reflect their views and needs rather than that of the people is to no longer be excepted nor tolerated by the people of the UK

To sort out the National debt we could begin by getting the money back from the bankers who have stolen it from the people.
Charge them with embezzlement and corruption this will resolve some of the problems they have created in the first place. Then sack them all and get some credible people in who have studied the subject at University

Proportional representation, so how many votes were submitted and how many people are there in the UK?
We all know that 100% of Government in front of the people does not come up to scratch.

The forming of parliament

The British Constitution is a set of rules of government (Made by the Law Lords and Parliament)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_Constitution_of_the_United_Kingdom

Politics governed or regulated (to organize and control an activity or process by making it subject to rules or laws by a constitution) this constitution at the moment is directed by the few the elitist rich when it should be directed by the people.

The first document to have influenced the constitution is the Magna Carta
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magna_Carta
Written in 1215. This set down the king’s duty to his subjects and their rights and responsibilities
In the reign of Richard II there was an uprising, the Peasants' Revolt (1381). The revolt came very, very close to getting their demands (such as fair rents and the abolition of serfdom) granted by the king but at the end the protesters were tricked out of it all. The revolt remains as an important moment in history, but failed to contribute to the written body of the constitution.
Even Oliver Cromwell

was a noble, supposedly setting the people free, then the same laws continued under a different name to the king and they introduce new laws and taxes for the masses, and charging them for the pleasure of doing it, where’s the balance in that?

The House of Lords is made up of influentials, Nobles, and the House of commons is made up of influential and supposedly representative members of the middle-class. But what about the working class, surely they are the majority? They keep this country going, and what about the lower class, don’t they count?

Though the UK governments have been forced in some cases to amend the constitution, such as Acts that brought Britain into the European Community in 1972
The establishment of the Scottish Parliament in 1998 and the Human Rights Act 1998.
But other than this has deliberately not been developed over all these years, which has become many generations. And for far too long it has favored, the select few, the minority. I guess this would go on to include multi conglomerates, big business and of course the banks.
Though this may not be seen directly, one has but to scratch the surface to see the various vested interests that mp’s have along with their names as directors or on the board of directors of big companies, when they should be working for the people, after all that is supposed to be what they claim to be doing.
Well they don’t anymore.

OUTDATED CONSTITUTION
A statement of fundamental laws politics a written statement outlining the basic laws or principles by which a country or organization is governed
Let there be the establishment of new guidelines and balance to favour the majority
There’s a lot they have written on the diectgov website, but none of it seems to apply to politicians, or their policies. Nothing about political fraud or a corrupt system let alone their accountability to the people
